One of the most important things the Holy Spirit will do for you is to give you a sound mind, a mind that is free from anxiety, panic attacks and emotional instability. When you receive the Holy Spirit, He fortifies your mind, such that no matter which challenge you face, you can never be overwhelmed. Someone can say “but I received the Holy Spirit, yet I still feel overwhelmed.” It’s because you are still trying to use your natural intellect to reason out solutions to your problems. To experience the sound mind is simple, don’t struggle reasoning out possible solutions to the challenges you face, simply submit the challenge to the Word of God, apply the Word to every situation that confronts you and you will discover your mind is able to effectively process a solution without any pressure, for it is empowered by the Holy Spirit, glory to God. Be conscious that the Holy Spirit in you gives you a sound mind and always affirm that you can never be overwhelmed by the issues of life and your mind will be able to supernaturally navigate every challenge that comes your way, glory to God.
