[John 4:50 Jesus said to him, “Go your way; your son lives.” So the man believed the word that Jesus spoke to him, and he went his way.]

In John 4:46-54, we find the healing miracle of the noble man’s son. He came to Jesus and asked Him to come and heal his son who was sick but in our opening verse, Jesus did not go, He simply spoke His Word – *”Go your way; your son lives.”* As the man was going, he received a report the son was healed exactly the same moment Jesus released the Word. The Word of God is a sure word, it can never fail. In whatever situation you are in, find out what the Word says about it, trust in that word and begin to declare that word over the situation in faith and that Word will surely come to pass. Remember, the Word of God created all things and therefore the Word of God can change anything. Blessed Week Ahead.

[Exodus 23:20-21: “Behold, I send an Angel before you to keep you in the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.21 Beware of Him and obey His voice; do not provoke Him, for He will not pardon your transgressions; for My name is in Him.]

Many people say “where was God, when I entered into this relationship?” When we go wrong, we want to blame God. However, it is not God’s plan for us to find ourselves in awkward situations. He always wants to lead us away from trouble to our destiny. In our opening verse, He told Israel His people that He was going to send His angel ahead of them, to guide them into the Promised Land. However, He warned them not to disobey the Angel, but to obey Him. In the New Testament this Angel is the Holy Spirit. God has given us the Holy Spirit to always guide us and lead us to our destiny in Him. However, just like the Israelites, God instructs us not to rebel against the Holy Spirit, but to obey His voice. He is the one to lead you to that dream job. He is the one to guide you to your destiny marriage. Sometimes the way He guides us may seem not to make sense. You may find yourself in the pit or a prison like Joseph, but as long as you are following the Holy Spirit you will get to your destiny. So learn to yield to the Holy Spirit, don’t provoke Him. Don’t rebel against Him. If you are not sure, don’t move, just wait. For the Holy Spirit is never confused. He will surely locate you and bring you to your destiny in God without fail.

[Proverbs 12:18 Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.]

God created all things using the Word and therefore the Word of God control all things including your body. Our opening verse says “the tongue of the wise brings healing.” This means you can wisely use your tongue to bring healing to your body. Unfortunately, many of God’s children are spiritually ignorant so they use the tongue unwisely and destroy their bodies. For instance you hear a believer saying” I am diabetic” or “my child is asthmatic”. When you tell them don’t talk like that they say you are being overspiritual. Life is spiritual which means life is controlled from the Spirit. Jesus said the words we speak are spirits. So when you say I am diabetic and yet you are praying to God for healing, the diabetes will not go away because of your words. This is why God forbids us to confess sickness. He says no one living in Zion should say “I am sick.” But many Christians like the world say “that is self-denial, if I am sick, I am sick.” James 3:2-5 says the tongue is like the rudder that controls the ship and therefore whoever uses his tongue wisely can control his body. So use your tongue wisely

Speak healing to your body. Declare my “body is full of life… I am the temple of the Holy Spirit.. I can never be sick..the Spirit of God is giving life to my body. My life is in the spirit.. I’m impreganble to sickness and disease..” when you speak it, visualize it and believe it. Sooner or later, you will discover your body is responding to your Words.

[Galatians 1:15 But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace,]

As a born again child of God, never compare yourself to anyone. As Paul says in our opening verse, you were separated from your mother’s womb. Your Destiny is different and therefore your pathway is different. Don’t say “Father I was with so and so in school and now they have achieved this and that and my life is not going any where.” If you talk like that, you will be a frustrated believer. For not everyone is separated for God’s purposes. Not everyone is born again. And even some who are born again, not everyone is walking with God. Understand people with great destinies in God go through a different pathway. Hannah looked stranded with no child for years, yet Peninah was giving birth every year! Because she was to give birth to Samuel, the great prophet of God. Live your life, be committed to God, allow the Holy Spirit to guide you on your specific pathway without complaining or comparing yourself and one day you will look back and thank God who separated you for His own purposes.

[Mark 11:23 For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says.]

Many believers just cry to God for help in prayer then sometimes wonder why there are no results. From the above verse, we notice God has given us so much power to to change situations. Jesus says we must not just cry to God, but must in faith speak to the mountain (the situation) and it will change. So in prayer, don’t just cry to God, don’t just let your mind wander around, let your mind focus on the Word and speak the Word over the mountain and the mountain will move. Remember, we don’t just speak our words to the mountain and expect it to move, we have to speak the Word of God. This is why we must be full of the Word. As only the Word of God has the power and the creative ability. So release the word of God over that situation in prayer and in faith and your prayer will be impactful and produce results.

*[Mark 10:15 Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it.”]*

This is one of the most essential truth for anyone to walk with God – unless we receive the kingdom of God as a child we can never experience it. The kingdom of God can only be received with childlike faith. This means every blessing of the kingdom can only be received and maintained with childlike faith. Healing can only be received with child like faith. The Holy Spirit can only be received with childlike faith. Today, many believers knows too much yet they don’t understand why they still struggle waking with God. No matter what you know, unless you humble and become as a small child you can never walk with God. Many are looking for ‘deeeep revelations’ yet the power of the Spirit life is in its simplicity. all that is required is simple child-like faith in God. To experience the kingdom of God and walk in dominion, train yourself to humble as a child and you will manifest the glory of God..

[Acts 6:5 “…And they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and the Holy SPIRIT..”]

Without the Holy Spirit, you cannot live the Christian life, you will just be in empty religion. So every believer must receive the Holy Spirit and establish a personal growing relationship with Him. For this to happen, our faith is is essential. Our opening verse reveals faith and the Holy Spirit goes together. Stephen was full of “faith and the Holy Spirit.” Romans 10:17 says faith comes by hearing the Word of God so to build your Faith you have to be full of the Word. You have to study the Scriptures and see the works of the Holy Spirit, His character and personality and this will help you build your faith in Him. Hebrews 11:6 says ‘without faith it is impossible to please God.’ Without faith, it is impossible to receive the Holy Spirit and establish a relationship with Him. So build your Faith, learn to walk by faith, and you will not struggle walking with the Holy Spirit.

[John 9:19 And they asked them, saying, “Is this your son, who you say was born blind? How then does he now see?”]

Divine Healing which is simply receveing healing from sickness through the power of God, has always been under attack. The enemy fights healing and miracles because he uses sickness to control, manipulate and oppress mankind. In our opening verse, Jesus had just healed a man born blind. You think when a man born blind begins to see everbody should celebrate – no – the religious leaders actually kicked the man out of church for being healed by Jesus! After Jesus healed the man, the neighbors arrested him and brought him to the religious leaders. The religious leaders interrogated him and then called his parents for further questioning. Eventually, they cast the man out of the synagogue. This is happening even today. Many people including believers have a problem with divine healing. There are even churches that teach that God is no longer healing people. All this is the enemy fighting against healing just as he did in Jesus days. So if you need healing, you will have to “fight” for it. You will have to fight the toxic religious attitudes against healing. You will have to dare believe against many who don’t believe. You have to overcome them and believe God for your miracle. The healing power of God is always available to anyone who believes. We have seen amazing testimonies in our Full Life Healing Ministry and great miracles are ahead of us. I dare you to fight for your miracle by having radical faith in the healing power of Jesus and you shall receive your Healing.

[2 Timothy 2:4 No one engaged in warfare entangles himself with the affairs of this life, that he may please him who enlisted him as a soldier.]

The Bible teaches as a believer, we are engaged in warfare. Ephesians 6:12 says we are fighting not against human beings but against spiritual forces and powers. So we are soldiers of Jesus Christ. Our opening verse reveals no one engaged in warfare entangles themselves in the affairs of this life. Soldiers don’t live like civilians. Many believers are suffering because they want to live like civilians, entangled in everything non-believers are entangled in. This will only make you a casualty. We are a real battle with a real enemy though you don’t see him. The good news is Jesus already defeated the enemy’s forces and gave us the authority. However, if we ignore and live recklessly like non-believers, we forfeit our authority. So be conscious that we are in a battle. But be conscious of your dominion over the forces of darkness through the name of Jesus Christ. However, be careful not to live like a civilian & entangle yourself in the affairs of this life and you will always be Victorious in fulfilling God’s purpose for your life.

[John 14:15-17: “If you love Me, keep My commandments.]

If you love your Dad, you will always want to please Him by doing what He says. Similarly it’s our love for God that causes us to obey His Word. JESUS in our opening verse reveals if we truly love Him, we will be more than willing to obey Him. So stop struggling to obey God’s word, just purpose to love Him from your heart and obedience will come naturally. That is why those who relate to God based on what they want from Him and not from the basis of love never live according to His Word. So purpose to love God, let it be the foundation of your relationship with Him and you will find yourself always wanting to please Him and this will empower you to walk in His Word.
