[Ephesians 4:13 till we all come……to the measure of the stature of the FULLNESS of CHRIST;]

God’s plan is that every believer should come to the fullness of Christ. This is the place of dominion over sickness. We pray for people, they get healed and after getting healed, they go back to their normal religious life, attending church as usual, living an average Christian life. Until another sickness or the same sickness comes again. That’s a dangerous place to be. When God heals you, He is simply giving you a downpayment to restore your strength so you can now seek Him, grow spiritually and live above sickness. So after getting healed, don’t stop there. You must determine to grow spiritually to come to the fullness of Christ. Others get a job, they get a family, they buy property, and now they have arrived. All these are good but that is not the objective of salvation. God has a plan to raise a church that carries something money cannot buy, a church that has dominion over sickness & viruses. So He is calling every believer to grow & come to the fullness of Christ.If we ignore this, the church will never live above above the pandemics and diseases in our generation. This is God’s solution to these evils in our generation. There is no shortcut. The Apostles came to the fullness of Christ. They lived in dominion over sickness, & did everything Jesus did – healed the sick, opened blind eyes, healed cripples raised the dead – none of them died of sickness! If they did it, then no believer has an excuse. Let this be your goal this year. To come to the fullness of Christ and live in dominion over sickness.

[Matthew 5:6 Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled.]

As you hunger and thirst for righteousness, you shall be filled. Your expectations shall never be cut short. The Lord shall grant the desires of your heart. For those who sow in tears shall reap with shouts of joy!!

[Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.]

You want to go to another level of your life this year, the key is in you – you have to be transformed from the inside. If you want a God fearing husband or wife, the key is in you – you have to be transformed into a God-fearing person. A God-fearing man or woman will obviously look for a God-fearing person. You want an employer who values you, you work on your value. You build valuable skills. Unfortunately, many are demanding from God what they have not been transformed to receive. Why did God allow Joseph to be sold as a slave, go to prison etc? Transformation. Why did God cast Moses into 40 years of wilderness? Transformation. Many focus on pushing God, but if you are wise, focus on your internal transformation. And the material is the Word. You can’t change your life, the word of God can. Submit yourself to the Word, study it, meditate on it, and above all, act on it. The Word of God will transform you to the new version of you and this year, no door will close before you.

[1 Samuel 10:6 Then the Spirit of the Lord will come upon you, and you will prophesy with them and be turned into another man.]

Transformation is for everyone, every believer must be transformed. There are Christians who usually say “this who I am, I am usually like this..I speak it as it is..” It doesn’t matter how you have always been, if you want to go to another level, you have to be transformed. I’m fact the reason why God commanded us to be saved is because ‘the way we have always been’ was the problem and therefore we had to be saved to get rid of that old nature. Our opening verse reveals transformation is not by our power. It is by the Holy Spirit. All we do is to accept to be transformed and give ourselves to the Holy Spirit by giving ourselves to the Word. When we consistently do this, our opening verse says the Spirit of the Lord will transform us into another man or woman. So no excuse. We all have to get rid of ‘whom we have always been.’ Give yourself to the Holy Spirit by giving yourself to the Word – study the Word, memorize the Word, Meditate on the Word , and the Holy Spirit shall transform you into another person.

[2 Peter 1:4 by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be PARTAKERS of the DIVINE NATURE, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.]

The Apostle Peter in this verse reveals the peak of the Christian faith – we should transform and become partakers of the Divine Nature of God! This is big. Many believers have reduced Christianity to mere religion – going to church, asking God for this and that, trying not to do bad things and that’s all. The Apostle Peter reveals Christianity is bigger than that. GOD’S plan is that we should become partakers of His own divine nature which simply means we should be like God. Religion will call this blasphemy, that is why many believers are living at the human level, suffering like everyone else. Remember, God created mankind to be like Himself (Genesis 1:26). So Adam had the divine nature of God. Through Adamic rebellion, mankind lost this divine nature of God. Through obedience, Our Lord Jesus Christ has restored this divine nature to us. So from God’s perspective, we already have His divine nature through Christ. So He says be ye holy as He is holy. Why? Because He has given us His nature of holiness. He wants us to live like Him because He has given us His divine nature. For us to live the divine nature we have to let go of the sinful human nature. If we hold on to the human nature, we will suffer like everyone else. That is why many in the Church are depressed, just like in the world. Many are struggling with sin Just like the world. Peter tells us we must let go of the human nature and become partakers of the divine nature and escape the corruption, perversion and lust in the world. If you live at human level, you will always struggle. So study this subject and be deliberate & commited to absolute transformation.

[James Version John 1:4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men.]

John 1:4 above reveals two key truths about the Word – the Word of God is Life and Light. Life is very elusive to many people in this generation but inside the Word of God there is LIFE. You get the Word into your system, you will live, no matter the condition. The second truth is that the Word of God is light. Light brings illumination. Many people are in darkness regarding their life – many are in darkness regarding their future, their health, their relationships, their destiny, their finances etc. The Word of God will bring light in all these areas of your life. Psalm 119:130 says the entrance of the Word brings light.

You allow the Word to enter your heart by studying and believing it, and acting on it, you will never be in darkness. So highly treasure the Word of God, let the Word be apart of your life, let the Word of God dominate your spirit, soul and body and you will find yourself always living on the triumphant side of life. [Proverbs 4:20-22: 20My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. 21Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart; 22For they are life to those who find them, And health to all their flesh.]

Many people are unable to receive healing from God because they are sick yet they are all over on social Media, TV & internet watching everything even worldly programs. Proverbs 4:20-22 gives us a radical instructions for those who are serious they want permanent healing, life and health. It says *”.. give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings…Do not let them depart from your eyes; Keep them in the midst of your heart..”* This can be summarized into this one sentence “give yourself entirely to the word or give the word of God undivided attention.” In other words, cut off any other information and give yourself entirely to the Word. Meditate on the Word & until it enters your heart – the core of your being. Until you move from “the Bible says by the stripes of Jesus I am healed” to “.. By the stripes of Jesus I am healed.” This means you don’t just quote the Bible, the Word becomes part of you, your reality. The result – verse 22 says is LIFE to you and HEALTH to your BODY! In other words if you give yourself to the word entirely, the word will produce LIFE and HEALTH in your body. Someone will say ‘giving myself entirely to the word and cutting off worldly content is too extreme.’ It is because they don’t know sickness is not a joke, it is the enemy determined to destroy their life! So you got to be radical. You got to be determined. Some wake up when it is too late. Give yourself radically to the Word of God and subdue that condition through the power of the Holy Spirit. For the Word of God is life and health to your body.

[Luke 9:1 Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases.]

From the above and many other Scriptures, our Lord Jesus gave every believer the healing power. Begin to Exercise this power over your body, over your children and over the sick. Spiritual gifts are nurtured through faith. Don’t just submit to sickness, the healing power is in you. Don’t fear, begin to release this power and you will be amazed at the results.

Genesis 5:21-22

Enoch lived sixty-five years, and begot Methuselah. 22After he begot Methuselah, Enoch walked with God three hundred years, and had sons and daughters.(NKJV)

The above verses are very profound. Enoch lived for 65 years yet he was not walking with God. It is possible to go to church for 65 years yet we are not walking with God. It is possible to sing in the choir, teach Sunday school, be the chairperson in church, yet we are not walking with God. It is only after 65, after Methusaleh was born, that Enoch began to walk with the Lord.

Walking with God refers to having an intimate personal relationship with God. Having a personal relationship with God is a decision. You have to decide I want to go beyond just going to church. You must go beyond what you want from God. Some people’s relationship with God is based on what they want from God. So their faith is based on “I want God to do this and that for me.” They don’t want to attend Bible Study or Discipleship Class to grow spiritually, all they pursue is what they want from God. We have to go beyond such. Like Enoch, we have to make a decision to walk with God.

After Enoch made that decision, what was the result? Hebrews 11:5KJV records “By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.” So because he walked with God, Enoch was “translated” that he could not see death. “Translated” means God transformed Him. So transformation in our lives begins when we begin to walk with God. If we just go to church but we are not walking with God we can never be transformed. That is why there are many who go to church yet they still insult and curse other people and do everything non-believers are doing. They have never been transformed.

So choose to walk with God. Enoch walked with God until God transformed him that he could not see death. Transformation causes you overcome the spirit of death. If there was something that wanted to destroy your life, transformation will elevate you above it. So walk with God, attend church, enroll for Discipleship and follow God’s word, put it into practice and you will be transformed.
